1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Umrah package.
• Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to departure.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved methods.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Refund policy:
  • 30+ days: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
  • 15–30 days: 25% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund
• Airline and hotel policies may override our terms.

3. Visa & Documentation

• We assist with Umrah visa processing, but visa issuance is not guaranteed.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
• Clients are responsible for providing correct and timely documentation.

4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Included:

• Accommodation in Makkah and Madinah
• Visa assistance
• Local transportation (if included in package)
• 24/7 support during your trip

Not Included:

• International airfare (unless booked with us)
• Travel insurance (optional but recommended)
• Personal expenses and meals not listed in the package

5. Code of Conduct

• Respectful and Islamic behavior is required throughout the journey.
• The Umrah Guy reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct or violations.
• Modest dress and adherence to local customs are mandatory.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for airline delays, visa issues, or external disruptions.
• The Umrah Guy is not liable for personal injury, loss, or health issues during travel.
• Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended.

7. Changes to Itinerary

• We may adjust itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or policy changes.
• We will always strive to provide equal or improved alternatives.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We protect your data in accordance with Islamic ethics and data protection regulations. Your information is never shared without consent.
